Kısaca

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz, veri simsarlarına aktarmıyoruz.
Topladığımız her şey uygulamayı size çalıştırmak içindir: görevleriniz, odak seanslarınız, deneme sonuçlarınız ve arkadaş listeniz.
Yapay zeka özelliklerinde mesajlarınız yanıt üretmek için sağlayıcımıza iletilir, model eğitimi için kullanılmaz.
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden kendiniz silebilirsiniz; sildiğinizde verileriniz kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.
Verileriniz Google (Firebase) altyapısında, yurt dışındaki sunucularda barındırılır.

Bu özet kolaylık içindir ve bağlayıcı değildir. Geçerli olan aşağıdaki tam metindir.

1. Veri sorumlusu

KVKK ve GDPR anlamında verilerinizin işlenmesinden sorumlu taraf, TaskTomo'yu bireysel olarak geliştiren ve işleten Ege Karaca'dır (gerçek kişi, Türkiye).

Her türlü gizlilik sorusu, talebi ve başvurusu için: info@tasktomo.com. Başvurularınıza en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veriyoruz. Yazılı başvuru yapmak isterseniz aynı adresten posta adresimizi talep edebilirsiniz.

2. Bu politikanın kapsamı

Bu politika; TaskTomo mobil uygulamasını, tasktomo.com web sitesini ve site üzerindeki ücretsiz araçlar ile kurumsal başvuru formunu kapsar. Uygulamadan veya siteden bağlantı verilen üçüncü taraf sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.

3. Topladığımız veriler

Siz sağladığınız için

Hesap: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, görünen ad. Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız e-posta ve adınız bu sağlayıcıdan gelir.
Profil: avatar yapılandırması, biyografi, seçtiğiniz unvan ve banner.
Çalışma verileri: görevleriniz ve içerikleri, notlar, odak (pomodoro) seansları, ders programınız.
Sınav profili ve sonuçları: ülke, eğitim düzeyi, sınav türü, dersler, hedef okul ve bölüm, girdiğiniz deneme sonuçları ve netler.
Üniversite modu: dersleriniz, girdiğiniz notlar, devamsızlık kayıtları.
Sosyal: arkadaş listeniz ve istekleriniz, katıldığınız çalışma odaları, oda içi mesajlarınız, doğrudan mesajlarınız, engellediğiniz kullanıcılar.
Destek ve geri bildirim: bize ilettiğiniz geri bildirim ve hata bildirimlerinin içeriği.
Kurumsal başvuru formu (yalnızca web sitesi): ad soyad, kurum adı, göreviniz, e-posta, telefon, şehir, öğrenci sayısı ve mesajınız.

Kullanım sırasında otomatik olarak

Oyunlaştırma verileri: seviye, XP, seri, başarımlar ve çalışma istatistikleriniz.
Durum bilgisi: arkadaşlarınıza görünen çevrimiçi ve odakta olma durumunuz.
Bildirim tokeni: cihazınıza bildirim gönderebilmek için (FCM).
Teknik kayıtlar: uygulama kararlılığı için anonim hata ve çökme raporları, anonim kullanım istatistikleri.

Irk, din, sağlık, biyometri gibi özel nitelikli kişisel verileri toplamıyoruz. Uygulamada bu tür verileri girmeniz istenmez, lütfen görev ve not alanlarına da yazmayın.

4. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Verilerinizi yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla ve karşılarında belirtilen hukuki sebeplere dayanarak işliyoruz.

5. Yapay zeka özellikleri

Tomo yapay zeka koçuna ve asistanına gönderdiğiniz mesajlar ile sınav analizi için iletilen deneme sonuçlarınız, yalnızca size yanıt üretmek amacıyla yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza iletilir. Sağlayıcımız bu verileri kendi modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz.

Sınav analizi sonuçları ve sohbet geçmişiniz, tekrar tekrar aynı analizi üretmemek için cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu veriler sunucularımızda tutulmaz.

Ders anlatım aracı (/study): bu araç için TaskTomo hesabınızla giriş yapmanız gerekir. Yüklediğiniz ders dosyası, bir ders planı üretmek üzere yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza iletilir. Yüklediğiniz ham dosyayı sunucularımızda saklamıyoruz; yalnızca üretilen ders planı ve anlatım sohbetindeki mesajlarınız hesabınıza kaydedilir.

Yapay zeka çıktıları hata içerebilir. Önemli kararlarınızı tek başına bu çıktılara dayandırmayın.

6. Diğer kullanıcıların gördükleri

TaskTomo sosyal özellikler içerir. Aşağıdaki bilgiler, ilgili özellikleri kullandığınızda diğer kullanıcılara görünür olur:

Kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız, avatarınız, seviyeniz, unvanınız ve banner'ınız; sizi arayan veya arkadaş listesinde gören kullanıcılara görünür.
Çevrimiçi ve odakta olma durumunuz yalnızca arkadaşlarınıza görünür.
Bir çalışma odasına katıldığınızda, odadaki diğer katılımcılar sizi ve odaya yazdığınız mesajları görür.
Doğrudan mesajlarınız yalnızca yazıştığınız kişiye görünür. Bu mesajlar uçtan uca şifreli değildir; kötüye kullanım bildirimlerini incelemek için erişmemiz teknik olarak mümkündür.
Başarım kutlamaları, izin verdiğiniz durumlarda arkadaşlarınıza bildirim olarak iletilir.

Bir kullanıcıyı engellediğinizde karşılıklı görünürlük ve mesajlaşma sona erer.

7. Üçüncü taraflar

Hizmeti sunabilmek için aşağıdaki sağlayıcılarla çalışıyoruz. Bu sağlayıcılar verilerinizi yalnızca bizim talimatlarımız doğrultusunda işler.

Google Firebase: veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, dosya depolama, anlık bildirim (FCM), sunucu fonksiyonları ve web sitesi barındırma.
Yapay zeka sağlayıcısı (Anthropic): Tomo koçu, asistan ve sınav analizi özelliklerinde mesajların işlenmesi.
Sentry: anonim hata ve çökme raporlaması.
Google Fonts: web sitesinde yazı tiplerinin görüntülenmesi. Bu sırada tarayıcınızın IP adresi Google'a iletilebilir.
Apple ve Google hesap sağlayıcıları: yalnızca bu yöntemlerle giriş yapmayı seçerseniz.
Google AdSense: web sitesinde reklam gösterimi ve ölçümü.
Apple App Store ve Google Play: ücretli aboneliklerin satın alınması, yenilenmesi ve doğrulanması.

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz ve veri simsarlarına aktarmıyoruz. Yasal bir zorunluluk olmadıkça reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz.

8. Yurt dışına aktarım

Yukarıdaki sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında, ağırlıklı olarak Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle kişisel verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılmaktadır.

Bu aktarımlar, Avrupa Komisyonu'nun Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri (SCC) ve sağlayıcıların veri işleme sözleşmeleri kapsamında yapılır. Hesap oluştururken bu aktarıma ilişkin bilgilendirilir ve onayınız alınır.

9. Saklama süreleri

Hesap ve içerik verileri: hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece saklanır.
Hesap silindiğinde: kişisel verileriniz derhal silinir, yedeklerden ise en geç 30 gün içinde kaldırılır.
Anonim hata ve kullanım kayıtları: en fazla 90 gün.
Kurumsal başvuru formu verileri: başvurunuz sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 12 ay.
Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunan kayıtlar: ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca.

10. Veri güvenliği

Verileriniz şifreli bağlantılar üzerinden iletilir ve Firebase altyapısında saklanır. Erişim, sunucu tarafındaki güvenlik kurallarıyla sınırlandırılmıştır: başka bir kullanıcının verilerine erişemezsiniz.

Şifreniz geri döndürülemez biçimde özetlenerek (hash) saklanır; TaskTomo ekibi dahil hiç kimse tarafından görülemez. XP, seviye ve seri gibi ilerleme verileri yalnızca sunucu tarafında güncellenir.

Hiçbir sistem yüzde yüz güvenli değildir. Verilerinizi etkileyen bir ihlal yaşanırsa, mevzuatın öngördüğü süreler içinde sizi ve yetkili makamları bilgilendiririz.

11. Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bunlara erişme.
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme.
Verilerinizin silinmesini isteme.
İşlemenin sınırlandırılmasını veya işlemeye itiraz etmeyi isteme.
Verilerinizi yapılandırılmış bir formatta alma ve taşıma.
Verdiğiniz açık rızayı dilediğiniz zaman geri çekme.
Yetkili denetim makamına şikayette bulunma.

Haklarınızı en hızlı şöyle kullanırsınız: verilerinizin bir kopyasını uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Verilerimi dışa aktar ile hemen indirebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi Ayarlar → Hesap bölümünden kendiniz silebilirsiniz.

Diğer talepleriniz için info@tasktomo.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Başvurularınızı en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız. Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na, Avrupa Birliği'nde ise bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikayet hakkınız saklıdır.

12. Çocuklar ve gençler

TaskTomo 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bu yaşın altında hesap açılmasına izin vermeyiz.

16 yaşından küçükseniz TaskTomo'yu yalnızca veli veya vasinizin bilgisi ve onayı ile kullanabilirsiniz. Veli veya vasi iseniz ve çocuğunuzun bizimle rızanız dışında veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsanız info@tasktomo.com adresine yazın, ilgili hesabı ve verileri sileriz.

Yaşı ne olursa olsun her kullanıcı için aynı veri koruma standartlarını uygularız; küçüklere yönelik profilleme veya davranışsal reklamcılık yapmayız.

13. Reklamlar ve ücretli özellikler

Bu politikanın yayımlandığı tarihte TaskTomo mobil uygulamasında ve web sitesinde reklam gösterilmemektedir. Uygulama reklam tanımlayıcısı (IDFA) kullanmaz ve sizi diğer şirketlerin uygulama veya sitelerinde takip etmez.

Web sitemizde ve uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklamlar gösterilebilir. Reklam sağlayıcıları, reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için çerez ve benzeri teknolojiler kullanabilir. Web sitesinde reklam çerezleri yalnızca açık onayınızdan sonra çalışır; onayınızı çerez bildiriminden dilediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. iOS'ta kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için gereken izleme izni ayrıca istenir ve reddedebilirsiniz. Reklam kişiselleştirmesini Google Reklam Ayarları üzerinden de yönetebilirsiniz.

Uygulamanın tüm özellikleri şu anda ücretsizdir.

Ücretli abonelik satın alırsanız ödeme bilgileriniz doğrudan Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir; kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman iletilmez. Bize yalnızca aboneliğinizin durumu (aktif, süresi dolmuş, iptal edilmiş) bildirilir.

Reklam veya ücretli özellikleri devreye aldığımızda bu bölüm otomatik olarak güncellenir ve size ayrıca bildirimde bulunuruz.

14. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Web sitesi: site, çalışması için zorunlu olanlar dışında çerez kullanmaz. Tarayıcınızda yalnızca dil tercihinizi ve varsa çerez tercihinizi saklarız (localStorage). YKS sıralama tahmini ve GPA hesaplayıcı tamamen tarayıcınızda çalışır; girdiğiniz değerler bize gönderilmez ve saklanmaz.

Reklamlar açıkken, reklam sağlayıcıları onayınıza bağlı olarak ek çerezler yerleştirebilir.

Uygulama: mobil uygulama çerez kullanmaz. Çevrimdışı çalışabilmek için görevleriniz ve bazı verileriniz cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır ve bağlantı geldiğinde eşitlenir.

15. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve en üstte son güncelleme tarihi belirtilir.

Haklarınızı etkileyen önemli bir değişiklik yaparsak, değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinden veya e-posta ile sizi bilgilendiririz; mevzuat gerektiriyorsa ayrıca onayınızı alırız.

In short

We do not sell your data or pass it to data brokers.
Everything we collect exists to run the app for you: your tasks, focus sessions, mock results and friends list.
In AI features your messages go to our provider to generate a reply, and are not used to train models.
You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, and your data goes with it.
Your data is hosted on Google (Firebase) infrastructure, on servers outside your country.

This summary is for convenience only and is not binding. The full text below is what applies.

1. Who is responsible

The party responsible for processing your data (the "data controller" under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK) is Ege Karaca, who develops and operates TaskTomo as an individual (a natural person, based in Türkiye).

For any privacy question or request: info@tasktomo.com. We answer requests within 30 days at the latest. If you would rather write to us by post, ask for our postal address at the same email.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the TaskTomo mobile app, the tasktomo.com website, the free tools on the site and the institutional enquiry form. Third-party sites we link to are governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Data we collect

Because you give it to us

Account: email address, username, display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your email and name come from that provider.
Profile: avatar configuration, bio, the title and banner you choose to display.
Study data: your tasks and their contents, notes, focus (pomodoro) sessions, your timetable.
Exam profile and results: country, education level, exam type, subjects, target school and programme, and the mock-test results you enter.
University Mode: your courses, the grades you enter, attendance records.
Social: your friends list and requests, the study rooms you join, your messages in those rooms, your direct messages, and users you have blocked.
Support and feedback: the content of feedback and bug reports you send us.
Institutional enquiry form (website only): name, institution, your role, email, phone, city, student count and your message.

Automatically, as you use the app

Gamification data: your level, XP, streak, achievements and study statistics.
Presence: your online and focusing status, shown to your friends.
Push token: so we can deliver notifications to your device (FCM).
Technical logs: anonymous crash and error reports, anonymous usage statistics.

We do not collect special categories of data such as race, religion, health or biometrics. The app never asks for them, so please do not put them in task or note fields either.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data only for the purposes below, on the legal bases stated next to each.

5. AI features

Messages you send to the Tomo AI coach and assistant, and the mock results submitted for AI exam analysis, are sent to our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating a response for you. Our provider does not use this data to train its models.

Exam analysis output and your chat history are cached locally on your device so we do not regenerate the same analysis repeatedly. This data is not held on our servers.

Teaching tool (/study): this tool requires signing in with your TaskTomo account. Any lecture file you upload is sent to our AI provider to generate a lesson plan. We do not store the raw uploaded file on our servers; only the generated lesson plan and your teaching-chat messages are saved to your account.

AI output can be wrong. Do not rely on it alone for important decisions.

6. What other users can see

TaskTomo has social features. Once you use them, the following becomes visible to other users:

Your username, display name, avatar, level, title and banner are visible to users who search for you or see you in a friends list.
Your online and focusing status is visible to your friends only.
When you join a study room, the other people in that room see you and the messages you send there.
Your direct messages are visible to the person you are writing to. They are not end-to-end encrypted, and it is technically possible for us to access them when investigating an abuse report.
Achievement celebrations are delivered to your friends as notifications where you have allowed it.

Blocking a user ends mutual visibility and messaging.

7. Third parties

We work with the providers below to run the service. They process your data only on our instructions.

Google Firebase: database, authentication, file storage, push notifications (FCM), server functions and website hosting.
AI provider (Anthropic): processing messages for the Tomo coach, assistant and exam analysis.
Sentry: anonymous crash and error reporting.
Google Fonts: serving fonts on the website. Your browser's IP address may be sent to Google in the process.
Apple and Google identity providers: only if you choose to sign in that way.
Google AdSense: serving and measuring ads on the website.
Apple App Store and Google Play: purchasing, renewing and verifying paid subscriptions.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not pass it to data brokers. We do not share it with third parties for advertising unless legally required to disclose it.

8. International transfers

The providers above run servers outside Turkey, mainly in the European Union and the United States. Your personal data is therefore transferred abroad.

These transfers take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and our providers' data processing agreements. You are informed of this transfer and asked to consent when you create your account.

9. How long we keep data

Account and content data: for as long as your account exists.
When you delete your account: your personal data is deleted immediately and removed from backups within 30 days at the latest.
Anonymous error and usage logs: up to 90 days.
Institutional enquiry form data: up to 12 months after your enquiry is closed.
Records we are legally required to keep: for the period the applicable law requires.

10. Security

Your data travels over encrypted connections and is stored on Firebase infrastructure. Access is restricted by server-side security rules: you cannot reach another user's data.

Your password is stored as an irreversible hash and cannot be seen by anyone, including the TaskTomo team. Progress data such as XP, level and streak is only ever updated server-side.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authorities within the periods the law requires.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Article 11 of Turkey's KVKK you have the right to:

Learn whether your data is being processed, and access it.
Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected.
Have your data erased.
Restrict or object to processing.
Receive your data in a structured format and port it elsewhere.
Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The fastest way to exercise them: download a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Export my data in the app. You can delete your account and all of your data yourself from Settings → Account.

For anything else, write to info@tasktomo.com. We respond to requests within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to your national data protection authority, or to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

12. Children and teenagers

TaskTomo is not intended for users under 13, and we do not allow accounts to be created below that age.

If you are under 16, you may only use TaskTomo with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared data with us without your consent, write to info@tasktomo.com and we will delete the account and its data.

We apply the same data protection standards to every user regardless of age, and we do not profile minors or serve them behavioural advertising.

13. Advertising and paid features

As of the date of this policy, no advertising is shown in the TaskTomo mobile app or on the website. The app uses no advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or sites.

Third-party advertising may be shown on our website and in the app. Ad providers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. On the website, advertising cookies only run after your explicit consent, which you can change at any time from the cookie notice. On iOS, the tracking permission required for personalised ads is requested separately and you may decline it. You can also manage ad personalisation through Google Ads Settings.

Every feature of the app is currently free.

If you buy a paid subscription, your payment details are handled directly by Apple or Google and your card details are never passed to us. We are only told the status of your subscription (active, expired, cancelled).

When we switch advertising or paid features on, this section updates automatically and we will notify you separately.

14. Cookies and local storage

Website: the site sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary to run it. The only things we keep in your browser are your language preference and, if applicable, your cookie choice (localStorage). The YKS ranking estimator and the GPA calculator run entirely in your browser; the values you enter are never sent to us or stored.

While advertising is on, ad providers may set additional cookies subject to your consent.

App: the mobile app uses no cookies. To work offline, your tasks and some other data are stored locally on your device and synced when you reconnect.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the last updated date at the top.

If we make a material change that affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and obtain your consent where the law requires it.
